SANTA FE GOLD FEVER CHICKEN PIZZA

Servings: Two 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 4 cups Diced grilled chicken breast, 3/8 inch
  • 1 cup Drained rinsed canned black beans
  • 1 cup Thawed frozen corn
  • 1 cup Thinly sliced green onions
  • 3 cups Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 each Pizza crusts, 12 inches, pre-baked
  • as needed Chopped cilantro

Directions:

  • 2. Sprinkle half the cheese over crusts. Evenly distribute chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 3. Bake in preheated convection oven at 375° F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  • 1. Combine BBQ Sauce, RedHot, chicken, beans, corn and onions in bowl; mix well.
