  • 1 1/4 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 1 cup Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Garlic, chopped
  • 3 1/2 lbs. Beef, skirt meat or other inexpensive beef
  • 5 cups Navy beans, canned, drained
  • 3/4 cup Finely diced onion
  • 3/4 cup Finely diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 gal. Bean Salsa
  • 20 each Flour tortillas, 10-inch
  • 1 lb. Spicy Sour Cream
  • 1 lb. Lettuce, chopped


  • 1. To make the beef marinade mix 1 cup hot sauce with lime juice, cilantro, oil and garlic.
  • 2. Marinate beef, under refrigeration, for 4 hours.
  • 3. To make the bean salsa, combine beans, onion, tomato, cilantro and 1/4 cup hot sauce.
  • 4. To prepare each burrito grill steak until cooked. Slice into strips and hold. Spread 1/2 cup Bean Salsa on tortillas. Place 2 oz. sliced steak on beans. Add 2 tbsp. sour cream and 1/2 cup of lettuce. Roll up burritos and serve.
