RED PEPPER SAUCE 'N' DIP

Servings: 1 gal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 qt. Roasted red bell peppers, coarsely chopped, drained
  • 1 qt. Mayonnaise
  • 3 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
  • 1 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Red onion, minced
  • 1 cup Parsley, minced
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic, fresh, minced

Directions:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; cover and process until smooth. Process in batches if necessary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill to hold.
