  • 1/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Smoked Pulled Pork shoulder
  • 12 oz. Pizza crust, 12 inches
  • 1/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Scamorza cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Red onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Coleslaw, commercially prepared


  • 6. Cut into wedges and garnish with coleslaw. Serve.
  • 5. Bake in preheated 375°F convection oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven.
  • 2. Roll out dough, spread olive oil and CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce<br><br>3. Place seasoned crust on low-heat grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn crust and grill for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 4. Place crust on half-sheet pan; evenly distribute meat mixture and top with cheeses and onion.
  • 1. Combinebbq and pulled pork in bowl; mix well. Reserve.
