PORK CHOPS WITH HONEY MUSTARD BOURBON GLAZE

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 6 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 12 each Boneless, center cut pork chops

Directions:

  • 1. To make the honey mustard maple glaze reduce bourbon to about a teaspoon and whisk in soy sauce, mustard, hot sauce, butter and sugar. Set aside until needed.
  • 2. For each serving grill a pork chop and spread 1 tbsp. glaze on each side. Finish to desired doneness in a hot oven.
