  • 1/2 cup Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • .5 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oregano, fresh chopped
  • 1 cup Marinara
  • 10 lbs. Chicken wings
  • 3 tbsp. Pickled Banana, Cherry peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted


  • 5. Serve with bleu cheese dip and celery sticks, if desired.
  • 4. Toss well to coat chicken wings.
  • 1. Sauté garlic in oil; lightly browning. Remove from heat completely.
  • 2. Add Marinara, Frank's RedHot Sauce, lemon juice, and herbs. Mix and chill. Can be prepared ahead.
  • 3. Deep-fry wings at 350°F until crispy brown. Drain and place in tossing bowl with sauce, melted butter, and pickled peppers.
