  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Carolina Tangy Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 tsp. Cumin
  • 12 each Pizza dough, 7”
  • 3 cups Cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups Cooked diced shrimp
  • 6 cups Sauteed Napa cabbage
  • 120 slivers Thinly sliced red onion
  • 3/4 cup Shredded carrots
  • 3/4 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped peanuts
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped cilantro


  • 2. To prepare each pizza spread dough with 1 tbsp. sauce. Combine 1/4 cup chicken, 1/4 cup shrimp and 1 tbsp. sauce, set aside. Top pizza dough with 1/2 cup cabbage, 10 slivers red onion, 1 tbsp. carrots, 1 tbsp. sprouts and 1/2 cup chicken and shrimp mixture. Bake until crisp and top with 1/2 tsp. peanuts and 1/2 tsp. cilantro. Cut into quarters.
  • 1. Combine CATTLEMEN'S, RedHot, juice from lime, and cumin. Reserve.
