  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 4 lbs. Ground beef
  • 4 each Beaten egg
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 28 Sourdough bread slices
  • as needed Garlic butter


  • 1. Melt butter and sauté onion and garlic.
  • 2. Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, Xtra Hot, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add onion mixture, mix well, divide in half and shape each half into a loaf shape. Bake at 350°F to internal temperature of 160-165°F. Let cool and slice each meat loaf into 14-2 oz. slices. Refrigerate and reheat as needed.
  • 3. For each sandwich spread 2 slices of sourdough bread on both sides with garlic butter and grill or toast. Grill 2 slices meatloaf until heated through. Place 1 slice of meat loaf on each slice of bread.
