Servings: 1 gal.

Ingredients:

  • 3 qt. Roasted red bell peppers, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 2 qt. Tomatoes, canned, ready-cut, drained
  • 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic, fresh, minced
  • 2 tsp. Thyme leaves, dried
  • 2 tsp. Poultry seasoning

Directions:

  • 1. Process peppers in food processor until smooth.
  • 2. Place peppers and remaining ingredients in saucepan; heat to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring often.
