KOREAN-STYLE SHORT RIBS

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Memphis Sweet Barbecue Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 48 each Fully cooked 2-oz. pieces beef short ribs
  • 1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup Minced green onions
  • 2 tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

  • 1. To prepare Korean barbecue sauce: combine barbecue sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and garlic in saucepan and whisk to blend. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until fully heated. Keep warm.
  • 2. To prepare each appetizer for sharing: Grill 4 short rib pieces and combine with 1/3 cup Korean barbecue sauce in bowl and toss to evenly coat; arrange on plate. Top each short rib with 2 tbsp. french fried onions, 1 tsp. green onions and 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds.
