  • 2 lbs. Ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 cups Diced onion
  • 1 cup Diced red pepper
  • 1 cup Diced green pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Chili powder
  • 4 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 3 cups Beer
  • 1 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • as needed Water
  • 3 cups Canned black beans, drained, rinsed


  • 1. In a large pan cook beef until browned. Using a slotted spoon remove beef from pan and drain fat. Add olive oil to pan and saute onion and peppers over medium heat until soft. Add garlic, chili and cumin powders and cook for 2 minutes. Deglaze with beer and reduce by half. Return beef to pan, add Wings sauce and BBQ sauce and add water to cover as needed. Simmer 25 minutes, add black beans and simmer for 15 more minutes.
