  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 lbs. Raw chicken strips
  • 4 cups Quartered snow peas
  • 4 cups Red bell pepper strips
  • 2 tbsp. Grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 3 cups Prepared chicken gravy
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce


  • 1. Mix Wings sauce and BBQ sauce together. Hold.
  • 2. To prepare each serving heat 1 tsp. oil and stir-fry 4 oz. chicken in a wok or large saute pan. When fully browned and cooked push chicken aside, add another tsp. of oil and stir-fry 1/3 cup snow peas, 1/3 cup red pepper, 1 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. garlic. Add 1/4 cup gravy and 1 tbsp. Kickin' BBQ sauce and stir to coat ingredients. Serve over rice if desired.
