  • 12 each Bone less, skinless chicken breast, 4 oz.
  • 1 1/4 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Softened cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 12 each Ciabatta bread, split
  • as needed Olive oil
  • 12 each Romaine lettuce leaf
  • 24 each Sliced tomatoes
  • 24 each Cooked bacon strips


  • 3. For each sandwich grill one chicken breast. Brush a ciabatta roll with olive oil and toast. Spread 1 tbsp. of spread on heel and crown of bun. Place 1 lettuce leaf and 2 tomato slices on top of spread. Top with chicken breast and 2 bacon strips. Close sandwich, cut in half and serve.
  • 2. To make the spread combine cream cheese, blue cheese, and 1/2 cup Kickin' BBQ sauce. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 1. Mix Wings sauce and BBQ sauce together to make Kickin' BBQ sauce. Marinate chicken in 2 cups Kickin' BBQ sauce, refrigerated 3 hours to overnight.
