Servings: 12 inch pizza

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. Pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Smoked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sausage, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

  • 1. Spread 1/4 cup BBQ sauce over dough and toss chicken with remaining 1/4 cup sauce. Sprinkle half the cheese over sauce; add meats, onion and remaining cheese. Top with onion and any of the optional toppings desired. Bake until crust is crisp and cheese has melted. Cut into sixths and serve.
