  • 3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 6 lbs. Skin on, bone in chicken parts
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Sliced smoked sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped scallion
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 2 1/4 cups Rice
  • 4 1/2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce


  • 1. Heat oil in large skillet with cover. Cook chicken and sausage until well browned. Remove meat from skillet and drain all but 1 tbsp. fat from pan. Saute scallion, pepper and celery until tender. Add garlic, rice, chicken broth and Frank's. Return meat to skillet and simmer, covered until chicken is cooked through.
