  • 1/2 cup Garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup Olive oil
  • 3 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Butter, melted/Olive oil blend
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 20 lbs. Chicken wings, thawed


  • 1. Sauté, lightly browning garlic in oil.
  • 3. Deep-fry wings at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes until crispy brown. Drain well.
  • 4. Add to sauce and toss well to coat chicken wings. Keep warm.
  • 5. Serve with bleu cheese dip and celery sticks, if desired.
  • 2. Add Frank's RedHot Sauce, butter/oil blend and seasoning.
