  • 20 each Pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (approx. 5 oz. each)
  • 3 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Rosemary leaves
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder


  • 1. Arrange pork chops in roasting pan.
  • 2. Combine RedHot, oil, rosemary and garlic in saucepan. Heat on low for 5 to 8 minutes to blend flavors. Cool. Pour over pork chops. Cover and chill for 1 hour. <br>3. TO PREPARE CHOPS: Remove from marinade. Grill 10 minutes on each side or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 °F. Remove from grill. Keep warm. Serve with Tuscan Beans and steamed broccoli.
