HOT CRAB DIP

Servings: 1 quart

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 lb. Lump crabmeat
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper

Directions:

  • 1. Melt cream cheese and butter together in a double boiler. When melted whisk in onion, garlic powder, wing sauce and paprika and mix until smooth. Gently fold in crabmeat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
