  • 8 each Pork chops, center cut
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • as needed Peanut oil
  • 4 tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 cups Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Applesauce, chunky
  • 2 oz. Sweet butter
  • 2 tbsp. Parsley, chopped


  • 2. Brown chops in hot oil on both sides in large sauté pan until fully cooked. Remove and keep warm. Add brown sugar, vinegar and reserved marinade to pan and reduce liquid by one-third.
  • 3. Place chops back in pan. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes, covering chops on both sides with sauce. Finish with applesauce and add butter. Garnish with parsley.
  • 1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Mix together Frank's RedHot Sauce and olive oil. Marinate chops under refrigeration for 30 to 45 minutes, turning to coat both sides. Reserve marinade for finishing.
