HOT AND SPICY BUFFALO VEGETABLE PIZZA

Servings: 1 ? 12 inch pizza

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. Pizza crust, 12 inches
  • as needed Corn meal, yellow
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Marinara, thick
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Roast peeled Italian eggplant, 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup Green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup Pickled pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Hot pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. Italian parsley, coarse chop

Directions:

  • 1. Dust crust with corn meal.
  • 3. Sprinkle cheese over sauce mixture and top with remaining ingredients.
  • 2. Combine in mixing bowl. Spread evenly on pizza crust.<br><br>
  • 4. Bake in hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
