Ingredients:

  • 5 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Louisiana Hot & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups Onion, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Cocoa
  • 1 tsp. Cumin, ground
  • 20 each Chicken thigh or breast

Directions:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, except chicken.
  • 2. Grill chicken until done.
  • 3. Cover with sauce, and glaze under cheese melter or broiler.
