  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 2/3 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 2/3 cups Thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 48 oz. Virginia ham


  • 2. Score ham and place in a 450° F oven until skin begins to brown. Reduce oven to 300° F and brush ham with re-maining glaze. Re-glaze ham every 15-20 minutes until golden and caramelized. Serve 2 slices of ham with 2 oz. re-warmed glaze.
  • 1. To make the glaze combine BBQ , RedHot, and orange juice concentrate. Measure out 3 cups and set aside to re-heat later as sauce.
