Ingredients:

1 cup Mayonnaise

5 tbsp. CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce

3 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

10 each Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, pounded 1/2 inch thick

as needed CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce

10 each Smoked ham slices
-
10 each Basil Havarti or Monterey jack cheese slices

20 each Multi-grain sourdough bread or marble rye slices

10 each Leaf lettuce leaves (or baby spinach leaves)

5 cups Alfalfa sprouts
Directions:

1. Combine mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, and RedHot Sauce; cover and refrigerate for service.

2. Grill chicken over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, brushing with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes. Top with ham and cheese slices; heat until cheese melts.

3. To prepare each sandwich, spread 2 slices of bread with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise mix. Top one slice with a lettuce leaf, 1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup sprouts. Top with bread, skewer with sandwich picks and cut in half to serve.
