  • 6 1/2 oz. CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 1/2 oz. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Thawed limeade concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Chopped green onions
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 pounds Flank steak
  • 10 each Flour tortillas, 12 inches, heated
  • 10 cups Shredded romaine lettuce
  • 3 1/3 cups Julienne roasted red peppers
  • 5 each Small thinly sliced avocados
  • 5 each Small thinly sliced tomatoes


  • 2. To prepare the Gold Fever Spread, remove 1 1/2 cups of the limeade mixture and combine with the mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate until service.
  • 4. To prepare each sandwich, spread 3 tablespoons of the Gold Fever Spread on one tortilla. Top with 4 ounces beef, 1 cup lettuce, 1/3 cup roasted peppers, one-half of an avocado and one-half of a tomato. Roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve.
  • 1. Combine BBQ Sauce, RedHot, limeade and green onions in medium bowl. <br>
  • 3. Grill steak over medium heat, basting with the remaining limeade mixture. Hold beef for service. Thinly slice as needed.
