  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 3/4 cups Sour cream
  • 4 oz. Melted butter
  • 48 oz. Breaded popcorn shrimp
  • 48 oz. French fries


  • 1. To make the Gold Fever Dip, combine 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup RedHot, lime juice, and sour cream. Refrigerate for service.
  • 2. To make the glaze combine 3/4 cup BBQ Sauce, 1/4 cup RedHot, and melted butter. Hold at room temperature.<br>3. For each serving, deep-fry 4 oz. popcorn shrimp, and 4 oz. French fries according to package directions. Toss shrimp with 1 oz. of glaze and serve with 2 oz. Gold Fever Dip.
