  • 6 cups Cooked shredded chicken breast meat
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 3/4 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Grated ginger
  • 4 cups Slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Scallion
  • 12 each Buns, split


  • 2. To make the Asian slaw combine slaw mix, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce and scallion. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 3. To build each sandwich toast one roll and spread 1/2 cup warm chicken mixture over heel of bun and top with 1/4 cup of slaw. Close sandwich, cut in half and serve.
  • 1. To make the ginger BBQ chicken combine chicken meat, Wings sauce, BBQ sauce and ginger, refrigerate and re-heat as needed or heat through and hold hot for service.
