  • 1 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 1 1/2 cups Chunky style peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. Grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 3/4 cup Teriyaki baste and glaze sauce
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless pork loin, sliced 1/4


  • 1. Mix FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, lime juice, and cumin together.
  • 2. Combine peanut butter, broth, 1/4 cup RedHot/lime mix, ginger and cilantro in blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 3. Combine teriyaki and 3/4 cup RedHot lime mix, set aside. Cut sliced pork into 36 strips, pound until 1/8" thick, toss with marinade and refrigerate 1-3 hours. Skewer pork strips and refrigerate for service. At service grill 3 skewers and serve with 2 oz. peanut sauce.
