FRIED CALAMARI WITH SWEET CHILI SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Calamari
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cup AP Flour
  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 wedge Lime

Directions:

  • 1. 5-8ct Tubes and Tentacles. Cleaned. Cut in 1/4 inch rings
  • 2. Soak cut calamari in milk.
  • 3. Drain calamari from milk. Toss in flour and shake well.
  • 4. Fry calamari @ 350 till golden brown
  • 5. Drain and serve with FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce and a lime wedge
