  • 4 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tsp. Cumin
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Sliced garlic
  • 3 cups Sliced onion
  • 6 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups White wine
  • 3 cups Water
  • 12 lbs. Cleaned mussels
  • 3/4 cup Chopped cilantro


  • 1.  Mix RedHot, lime juice, and cumin together; set aside.
  • 2.  For each serving, heat 1 tbsp. oil; saute 1 tbsp. garlic for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup onion and 1/2 cup tomato; saute for 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup wine, 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup RedHot/lime Sauce. Bring to a boil; add 1 lb. mussels and 1 tbsp. cilantro. Cover and continue cooking until all mussels open. Discard any unopened mussels.
