  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Sliced garlic
  • 3 cups Thin sliced onion
  • 12 doz. Cherrystone clams, washed
  • 3 cups Beer
  • 3 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 1/4 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley


  • 1.   For each serving, heat 1 tbsp. oil, saute 1/2 tbsp. garlic and 1/4 cup onion for 3 minutes. Add 12 clams, 1/4 cup beer, 1/4 cup chicken broth and simmer, covered 5 minutes. Uncover add 3 tbsp. Buffalo Wing Sauce and 1 tsp. parsley, heat until clams open. Discard any unopened clams.
