FLAKY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Country breakfast sausage, cooked crumbled, drained
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
  • 8 each Buttermilk biscuits, 2 1/2 oz., commercially prepared
  • 8 each Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • as needed FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Sandwich Sauce

Directions:

  • 1. Combine in bowl; mix well. Reserve.
  • 2. Roll out each biscuit into a 5" disk. Press firmly around edge, creating a deep crust. Place on greased baking pan.
  • 3. Crack 1 egg into each biscuit shell; gently break yolk with fork.
  • 4. Top each egg with 1 oz. sausage mixture and 1 tbsp. cheese.
  • 5. Bake in 375°F preheated convection oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven. Drizzle with additional sauce. Serve warm.
