FIREY SWEET BARBECUE MARINATED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients:

1/2 gal. CATTLEMEN'S® Original Barbecue Sauce or CATTLEMEN'S® Smoky Barbecue Sauce

3 cups Orange marmalade

2 cups FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup Horseradish, prepared

1/4 cup Crushed red pepper

6 lbs. Center-cut pork chops
Directions:

1. To make the marinade, combine BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and red pepper in stockpot; mix thoroughly. Bring to boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Cover and chill to hold until ready to use.

2. Reserve 2 cups marinade. Place pork in 2 inch deep steam table pan. Pour remaining marinade over pork; cover and marinate overnight under refrigeration. <br>3. The following day, drain chops and discard used marinade. Char-grill pork chops over medium flame for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155 to 160°F, turning once. <br>4. Brush topside of each pork chop with reserved marinade, then place under salamander for 1 to 2 minutes.
