  • 12 oz. Onions, minced
  • 1/2 lb. Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Gold® Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 10 lbs. Baked potatoes, leftover, cut into wedges


  • 1. Sauté onions in butter until tender, add garlic and brown slightly.
  • 2. Add BBQ sauce and RedHot to onion mixture; hold warm.
  • 3. Fry potatoes until hot and crispy. Toss in sauce.
