DRUNKEN RIBS

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Memphis Sweet Barbecue Sauce, divided
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 1 3/4 cups Bourbon, divided
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 9 cups Beer
  • 12 each Baby back rib racks, skinned

Directions:

  • 4. For each serving reheat 1 rack of ribs on low grill, basting with sauce and turning until ribs are heated through.
  • 1. To make the basting sauce combine 2 cups CATTLEMEN'S, molasses, 1/4 cup bourbon and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve until needed.
  • 2. To make the braising liquid combine beer, 1 1/2 cups bourbon, 3 cups water and 3 cups CATTLEMEN'S.
  • 3. Arrange ribs in hotel pans, 2 per pan and equally distribute braising liquid over ribs. Braise ribs covered in 275°F. oven until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Discard liquid, cool ribs and refrigerate until needed.
