Ingredients:

  • 8 lbs. Potatoes, peeled
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped

Directions:

  • 1. Boil potatoes until fork tender, about 30 minutes.<br>2. Drain liquid from potatoes.
  • 3. Add milk, butter and salt. Whip.
  • 4. Fold in mustard and parsley.<br> 5. Serve or transfer to serving pan and cover until service.
