  • 1/2 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 7 1/2 lbs. Breaded mushrooms, frozen
  • 2 cups Butter, clarified
  • 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup Honey


  • 4. To assemble single serving, portion 6 oz. mushrooms on plate with 2 oz. of each sauce.
  • 1. To make the creamy blue cheese sauce combine blue cheese, mayonnaise and mustard in bowl; mix to blend. Reserve.
  • 2. Deep-fry mushrooms according to manufacturer`s directions. Drain; hold warm.
  • 3. To make the spicy buffalo sauce combine butter, Xtra Hot and honey in bowl; whisk to blend. Hold warm.
