COUSCOUS CILANTRO STUFFING

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Couscous
  • 1 qt. Turkey or chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups Corn
  • 6 tbsp. Cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 each Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 oz. Oil
  • 3 cups Garbanzo beans
  • 2 tsp. Cumin, ground
  • 3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Directions:

  • 1. Mix couscous and stock together.
  • 2. Add corn and cilantro.
  • 3. Sauté onion and garlic in oil and add to couscous mixture.
  • 5. Allow to sit for 1 hour while couscous hydrates. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until hot. Serve.
  • 4. Add garbanzo beans, cumin and Frank's RedHot Sauce.
