  • 7 oz. CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 5 oz. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 12 2 oz. steaks Thinly pounded round steak
  • 1 1/2 cups Seasoned flour
  • 12 each Eggs
  • 12 each Kaiser rolls, split


  • 1. Mix BBQ and RedHot together, set aside.
  • 3. Scramble one egg. Lay steak on heel of roll, top with egg, cover and slice in half.
  • 2. For each serving dredge 1 steak in seasoned flour and sauté until nicely browned. Brush 1 tbsp. sauce on each side.
