  • 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup Small diced chorizo sausage
  • 1/3 cup Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Chopped thyme
  • 24 each Crescent dough rounds, 3-inch diameter


  • 1. To make the empanada filling heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add chorizo, tomato and Hot Buffalo sauce and cook until liquid evaporates. Remove from heat and add parsley and thyme. Let cool completely.
  • 2. Place 3/4 to 1 tsp. filling in the center of each dough round, fold in half and crimp edges. Bake in 350F. oven for 15 minutes.
