  • 1 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp, 31-40 ct. peeled and deveined
  • 2 3/4 cups Prepared salsa
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 60 each Red bell pepper squares, 1
  • 60 each Orange bell pepper squares, 1


  • 2. Combine salsa and cilantro and add remaining marinade, refrigerate until needed.<br><br>3. Drain shrimp and skewer each with 1 piece red pepper and 1 piece orange pepper. Refrigerate until service. At service grill 5 shrimp skewers and serve with 2 oz. salsa.
  • 1. Combine RedHot, Italian dressing, and lime juice. Mix well and pour 1 1/2 cups over shrimp. Marinate, refrigerated, 1-3 hours.
