  • 14 pounds Baby back ribs, 6 racks
  • 6 tbsp. Chili BBQ seasoning rub
  • 2 1/4 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Gold Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 1/8 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 1/8 cups Melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice
  • 2 cups Ketchup


  • 1. Blanch ribs in water until tender, approx. 1 hour. Drain and remove membrane. Spread top of each rack with 1 tbsp. BBQ seasoning.
  • 2. To make the glaze, combine BBQ sauce, 1 1/8 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, lime juice and butter. To make the spicy ketchup, combine ketchup and 1 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce . <br><br>3. Brush both sides of racks with glaze and bake in a 300° F oven, basting every 15 minutes with glaze for 2 hours.
