  • 7 1/2 cups Clamato® juice
  • 1 1/2 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 6 Limes
  • 1/2 cup Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 12 lbs. Cleaned mussels


  • 2.   Add 1 lb. mussels, cover and cook until mussels open. Discard any unopened mussels. Serve with broth. If desired, serve with crusty bread.
  • 1.   For each serving, combine 5 oz. clamato juice, 1 oz. RedHot Sauce, juice from 1/2 lime, 2 tsp. garlic and 1 tsp. butter; simmer for 3 minutes.
