  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. Grated ginger
  • 12 pieces Chicken strips, 8 ounces
  • 1/3 cup Chunky peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup + 1 Tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/8 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Hot water
  • 1 tbsp. Finely chopped scallion
  • as needed Finely chopped cilantro


  • 1. To make the marinade combine soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Pour over chicken and marinate, refrigerated up to 3 hours. Drain chicken, discard marinade and thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers. Refrigerate until needed.
  • 2. To make the dipping sauce combine peanut butter, Wings sauce, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, water and scallion, Whisk until smooth. To serve: grill sates, sprinkle with cilantro and serve with room temperature dip.
