BUFFALO-STYLE CHICKEN PIZZA

Servings: Two 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken breast meat, boneless, skinless, cooked, diced
  • 2 each Pizza crusts, parbaked, 12 inch
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce, commercially prepared
  • 1/4 cup Celery, diced (optional)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese dressing, commercially prepared

Directions:

  • 1. Combine in bowl; mix well. Reserve.
  • 2. Spread 1/2 cup sauce evenly on each pizza crust. Portion 1 cup reserved chicken mixture evenly over each pizza.
  • 3. Sprinkle 2 tbsp. celery and 1 cup cheese evenly over each pizza. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 450 °F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Remove from oven.
  • 4. Drizzle 2 tbsp. dressing over each pizza. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
