BUFFALO-STYLE CHICKEN PIZZA

Servings: Two 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, hot, clarified
  • 2 cups Chicken breast meat, boneless, skinless, cooked, diced
  • 1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Celery, diced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bleu cheese dressing, commercial

Directions:

  • 1. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Mix well.
  • 4. Portion 1 cup Buffalo-Style Chicken mixture over sauce.
  • 5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons celery and 1 cup mozzarella over chicken.
  • 2. Add to Frank's RedHot Sauce mixture. Toss well to coat with sauce. Reserve.
  • 6. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven. Drizzle 1/4 cup dressing over pizza. Slice into wedges and serve.
