BUFFALO SMOKED SALMON BAGEL

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 6 bagels, fresh sliced and toasted
  • 36 ounce thin-sliced smoked salmon
  • 36 paper thin red onion slices
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • As needed fresh lemon
  • As needed black pepper

Directions:

  • 1. Combine FRANK'S® REDHOT® Buffalo Wings Sauce and cream cheese; reserve refrigerated till needed.
  • 3. Serve open faced.
  • 2. To assemble each serving, spread 1 heaping tablespoon cream cheese mixture on half of bagel, top with 3 oz. of smoked salmon, 3 red onion rings, 1/4 tsp. capers, a squeeze of fresh lemon and a pinch of black pepper as needed.
