  • 3 lbs. Jumbo shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  • 1 1/2 cups FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sandwich Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Diced onion
  • 1 cup Diced green pepper
  • 1 cup Diced red pepper
  • 3 cups Rice
  • 6 2/3 cups Water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sliced scallion


  • 1. Marinate shrimp in RedHot, refrigerated, 2-3 hours. Drain shrimp and skewer, 3 shrimp per skewer.
  • 2. Melt butter and sauté onions and peppers until soft. Add rice and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add water and salt bring to a simmer, cover and cook 18-20 minutes, add scallions. Hold hot for service or refrigerate and re-heat as needed.<br>3. For each serving grill 2 shrimp skewers and serve over 1 cup of rice.
