  • 1 cup Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic, fresh, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups FRANK'S® RedHot® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Oregano leaves, dried
  • 24 each Strip steak, 6 oz each
  • as needed Bleu cheese, crumbled


  • 2. Broil or grill steaks, basting generously and often with reserved sauce. Just prior to serving, sprinkle the steaks with bleu cheese crumbles and melt under broiler.
  • 1. Heat butter and sauté garlic in hot butter for 1 minute. Do not burn. Add RedHot, parsley and oregano, mix well. Reserve.
