  • 1 qt. Prepared macaroni and cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • as needed Flour
  • as needed Beaten eggs
  • as neeede Panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Crumbled blue cheese


  • 1. While still warm, combine macaroni and cheese, Parmesan and Hot Buffalo sauce. Oil a 12-inch by 8-inch baking pan and spread macaroni evenly in pan. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 2. Cut set macaroni into 24 2-inch by 1 1/2-inch squares and gently dip into flour, egg and then bread crumbs. Hold refrigerated.
  • 3. To serve fry desired amount of squares in 350F. oil until golden brown. Top each square with 1/4 tsp. crumbled blue.
