  • 1 1/2 cups Finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Softened cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Minced celery
  • as needed Corn starch
  • 48 each Wonton skins
  • as needed Ranch dressing


  • 1. To make the wonton filling combine chicken, Hot Buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese, and celery. On a work surface lightly dusted with corn starch lay out wonton skins. Place 1 tsp. filling in the center of each skin. Wet half of the edges of each skin with water, fold skin dry corner to wet corner then fold up sides to seal wonton. Keep refrigerated until needed. To serve deep fry wontons in 350F. oil until golden brown. Drain and serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
